How Magelia® Works
Choose your workflow
Select a validated application (RNA-seq, WGS, targeted, Long Read, etc.) and set key parameters to match your samples and kit.
Keep the kits and parameters you are used to do manually.
Prep the consumable
Insert the cartridge/capillary set and load the required tips/consumables (guided, checklist-style).
Typical hands-on-time is below 30 minutes.
Start the run
Select your parameters (cycle numbers, incubation times, ...), press “Start” and Magelia executes the protocol end-to-end, even on highly complex protocols.
Walk Away (including overnight)
No run babysitting: Magelia runs autonomously while standardizing every step for reproducible outcomes.
Collect libraries & QC
Recover sequencing-ready libraries and proceed directly to QC/normalization/pooling (or your next downstream step).
